Devin Perino’s journey is a tale of dedication, resilience, and passion. Born and raised in Vallejo, CA, he now resides in Carmichael, CA with his loving family – wife, Kelly, and their three amazing children: son Julius, and daughter’s Marley and Khloe. Devin’s athletic spirit ignited at the young age of 5, leading him to excel in Football, Basketball, Baseball, Track and Fields, and even Bowling. Devin’s story speaks volume of his endless talents, being awarded the All-SCAC title in 2004.

From his time as a multi-sport student-athlete at Sacramento City College and American River College where he excelled in both Football and Basketball, all while studying Psychology and Business, to his football scholarship journey at Washington State, his path was marked by both triumphs and challenges. Despite setbacks caused by a career-ending torn Psoas muscle, Devin’s spirit remained unbroken. His pivot to helping the youth in his community and coaching not only showcased his adaptability, but also unveiled a new chapter of success in the sports arena.

His coaching endeavors began in 2018 in Basketball and Track & Fields at Sugar Grove Middle School in Houston, TX, marking the start of a fulfilling career intertwined with his NASM certified personal training and personal development. Devin not only nurtured young talents during this time, but also paved the way for several professional athletes.

Coaching basketball from 2021-2024 at Winston Churchill Middle School, Devin continues to inspire and shape young athletes’ lives with his expertise and dedication. His journey is a true testament to his unwavering commitment to personal growth and the development of others.
