Palm Beach Leadership

Kaitlyn Gross, Director

Born in Orange, New Jersey, Kaitlyn began her basketball journey in elementary school and continued through college–winning a State Sectional Championship at Bloomfield Technical High School and then walking on to the DI program at Temple University.

Kaitlyn started coaching in 2016 for a local travel team and has since gained experience as an athlete, mentor, and coach.  Kaitlyn has held several coaching positions with teams like NJ Elite Basketball, Hoop Dynasty and Kings Street Kings Basketball team (now known as NJ Elite Scholar Basketball under Nike EYBL).

Recently, Kailtyn has been involved with various High Schools in the Southern Florida area. She is now serving as an Assistant Coach for Wellington High School Varsity Women’s Basketball team since 2022.

Now based in Wellington, Florida, Kaitlyn is excited to contribute her skills, expertise, and dedication to player development in the Palm Beach Area.
