Winston-Salem Leadership

Kellen Parrish, Director

Kellen began his basketball coaching career in 2007 at Northern Guilford High School as an assistant coach on the varsity women’s coaching staff. In 2016, he transitioned to the men’s staff as the head JV coach, where he remained until 2019. In 2019, Kellen was named as the head coach of the men’s varsity team. During his time as the men’s head coach at Northern Guilford he led them to back-to-back conference championships and was named the Mid-State 3A-2A Conference Coach of the Year for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 seasons.

Additionally, during this time he was named the 2020-2021 All Area Coach of the Year. From 2021-2023, Kellen led the Pinecrest High School men’s varsity team through two successful seasons, taking a regular season conference championship during the 2021-2022 season.

Kellen is currently the head men’s coach at Robert B Glenn High School in Kernersville, NC. During his first season he led the men’s varsity team to win the Frank Spencer Holiday Classic.
